I have a few questions and I thought I might post them here before I fill up their support email inbox.

First of all, I am trying to run a program from a network drive and Toolworks seems to have problems opening it. It opens it sometimes, but inconsistantly. Should I be messing with the 'Parameters' field or the 'Start-up Directory' fields?
I can give more details if that's too vague.

Thanks for any suggestions.

It would be helpful if you can show how the command looks like and also any details that you see might be relevant. BTW, what version of the porgram do you use?
Do you experience this problem only with one particular program or with many?
Thanks.

<execappex>("H:\WINTAM\ASUPDATE.EXE","","",0,0)

That's the command I gave it. I just did the 'run program' command and put in the path of the program exe file. It's on a network drive, not on my computer's hard drive, maybe that makes a difference?

I tried it again and it worked twice in a row, then stopped working.
I don't see a way to upload an image or file to show the error message it gave me, but essentially, it said that window's can't find the file. That's why I'm wondering if the 'Parameters' or the 'Start-up Directory' fields would make any difference.

Thanks for any help.

I would recommend you to specify also start-up directory. Maybe there are some dlls that cannot be found and loaded. I really do not know. What you might want to try is to create a shortcut to asupdate.exe (I mean .lnk file) and then use this .lnk file in <execappex> command.
