the box look like this :

input :
text to replace
new text

buttons :
replace
replace all
close

- - - - -

here i really need a find button. so i manually can accept every find. so i don't have
to rely on. that the computer do it all by itself.

if i have several names that is very similar. then the replace dialog will completely,
make a mess of all the code.

lets say i had these 3 variables :

test1
test2
test3

and want to replace only test with running. then the result would be like this :

running1
running2
running3

and if i only needed test2 and test3 to be replaced. it would fuck it up.
and if i had hundreds of these variables to be replaced. it would make a big mess.

- - -

so as of now. the replace dialog is quite useless.

hugblue.

u should have had :
put the find and replace dialog into one dialog.

Hello,

I believe the "Edit/Change Multiple Macros at Once" menu command does what you need. It allows to change (replace) many macro attributes including macro text.
