Is there a demo video or something giving instructions on how to create a macro? |

Thanks for the simple tutorial. A comprehensive tutorial is what I'd like - a video demo would be most helpful. I will check YouTube to see if something is available.

Welshgal, have you had any luck finding any tutorials? I am becoming quite frustrated with the lack of instruction in this program. The demo file simply shows what the program is capable of, but not how to do it! |

Hello,
is there some specific question that I could possibly help? Something specific you want to achieve?
Best regards,

One thing I was wondering about are the flying toolbars, not quite sure how to use them. Also when I add a new user, even if we try to open or copy from an existing user's file, all the icons revert back to the default icon and they have to go through and change them all. I can't figure out why the icons don't save. Other than that, at the moment I am just plagued with random issues that my users have. One or two have an issue where the program works fine for a while (like weeks), then just randomly doesn't open when she starts up one day (I've asked about this before, but still haven't been able to resolve the issue). Another has a problem where whenever she tries to change an icon the program "crashes" and shuts down completely. I'm thinking of having her re-install the program but haven't tried it yet. Also, the "Help" function doesn't work, it just says "Page not found"... |

Hello,
>>> One thing I was wondering about are the flying toolbars, not quite sure how to use them.<<<
Well, good setup for flying toolbars is to have auto-hide option enabled and move them close to a screen edge. Such toolbars do not occupy screen space and are always easy accesible. Other/additional option is to make them application specific (using "Scope" tab in the toolbar group settings). Such toolbars only show on screen if specified application is active (window is on top receiving keyboard input from user).
>>> Also when I add a new user, even if we try to open or copy from an existing user's file, all the icons revert back to the default icon and they have to go through and change them all.<<<
Could you send me step-by-step what you do to support e-mail and also the macro file? I will try to repeat what yo are doing.....
As for the other issues, the new upcoming version might fix some of them, I'm not sure since the problems are not possible to replicate....
>>> Also, the "Help" function doesn't work, it just says "Page not found"... <<<
I believe this link will help:
