what is the best way to do this ?

i only have standard version of macro toolworks. so is not sure if theres a

an update.

have downloaded " navicat for postgresql " and played with it for days. its tough and hard, when i dont have the right experience.

but with that program its possible to create :
views
functions
query
reports

and export to txt, xls and other formats. then i can import the result into
macro toolworks. but it takes a long time and there must be an easier way.

i need the program/tool to make this kind of work in seconds.

still hope any out there have more experience in this than me.
