i have tried it a little. but no success..

is it possible to run several maros independent of each other.

what i need is.. that some macros keep an eye on the screen and when they see
what i want them to see. then they type some information to an text or ini file.
// this part is real easy

then another macro who keeps an eye on the text files/ini files. will see when
the information is given. so that can start its own task.
// is not sure if this can be done

so in all. some independent macros. that can handle and take care of things themself
and when things are ok. then another macro takes over the action.

hope any out there have tried it. and can support with some information.
thz.

Hello,

>>> ... keep an eye on the screen and when they see what i want them to see.

You can, for example, schedule a macro to run each X seconds. The macro would utilize <desktop_findimage> command to find on the screen what "you want to see".

>>> ...then another macro who keeps an eye on the text files/ini files.

Macro Toolworks (and WinScheduler) also has a trigger that allows to trigger macro when file is updated. This could be used for this.

Best regards,
Petr

hi petr ..

but is it possible to run like 2-6 macros at the same time ??
and all of them will be running side by side.

meaning :
1 macro // head program. controls everything and read other macros actions in text files.
2 macro // keeps an eye on the screen and report back in text files. what it see.
3 macro // keeps an eye on folders for new files. and also reports back in text files. so macro 1 can take action.
4 macro // reads text files too. and controls what programs is needed to run for macro 1. and reports back in text files when job is done.

because i need them to run separately. is that everything that happen onscreen or on the harddrive is never at the same time. so while some macros keep an eye on different things. other macros keep an eye on the result from these macros and take over.

sort of. semi ai system.
