Support is FREE of charge for all registered users of our macro software (of course, we provide free support to user evaluating products as well). If you encounter a problem, please, follow these steps:
1. At first, please, use "search" capability of this web site and try to find if there is an answer to your problem on user forums or other web site location.
2. Check the product web page and see if there is not available upgrade that could solve your troubles. If there is a newer version available then download it from our download center and install it. It is always good idea to backup (zip whole the product install directory) your current installation before installing new version.
3. Contact us please if you are not able to solve your problem using the latest version of your product. Give us as much information and details as possible. Make sure you include product name, version, your operating system and registration number.
4. We always reply to help requests. If you do not get reply from us even after your repetitive requests then it means that your e-mail client filters out our replies.
Thank you very much for reporting bugs. It is possible that we will not be able to solve your problem immediately but usually, bugs that users report are fixed in new updates.
