Support is e-mail based and it is FREE of charge for all registered users of our macro software. We provide free support to users evaluating products as well based on our availability (registered users are served first). If you encounter a problem, please, follow these steps:
1. At first, please, search through the user forums - it is very probable that you find the answer in "Frequently Asked Questions" section or other. If you do not find the answer then add your question to "General Discussion" forum. This is the fastest way how to get helped.
2. Check the product web page and see if there is not available upgrade that could solve your troubles. If there is a newer version available then download it and install it. It is always good idea to backup (zip whole the product install directory) your current installation before installing new version.
3. Send us e-mail directly from the product (see screenshot below) if you are not able to solve your problem following #1 and #2 above. Give us as much information and details as possible - if the problem is repeatable (and if yes how to reproduce it), screenshot(s) where applicable, context (for example, in what programs problem with macros has occurred), etc. . Make sure you include product name, version, your operating system and registration number.
